60% to you the client
40% to us the company
We divided this into 3 separate categories: disposal fees, advertising fees, and extra labor (A further breakdown of these categories is provided at the bottom of this page.)
Each of these categories is capped on your end at $250 per category.
These expenses are split between the client and the company at the same 60%/40%.
Any expenses above and beyond the $250 cap amount are covered by Wildermuth Estate Sales.
On rare occasions these are adjusted base on the difficulty of the estate. You will always know what the cap amount is before we proceed with the sale to ensure you have no surprises in the end.
We DO NOT pass the credit fees on to you. All credit card transaction fees come out of the company's percentage.
While setting up and organizing for the sale we may need to haul some garbage away to keep the home and property looking it's best. Rarely do we need the full $250 from this, but the cap amount avoids any unpleasant surprises in the end.
We currently advertise on estatesales.net and on a sale by sale basis may pay to advertise on Facebook or another location if we believe we need to reach a specific interest. For example if an estate has a large amount of Star Wars collectibles we can use targeted ads to get the sale to show up in front of other Star Wars fans in the area.
Depending on the size of the sale or amount of furniture we may need to bring an extra hand to assist.
